Thanks for the idea! We do have some color coding already, so I think part of this idea already exists.

Currently, we color code based on payment status, which is directly tied to reservation status. i.e.
- Red = no payment = not confirmed (assuming that you require a deposit or credit card hold for a reservation to be confirmed)
- Orange = credit card hold / credit card guarantee
- Yellow = deposit payment / confirmed
- Green = full payment / confirmed.

The only thing that is missing is a different color if the reservation is checked out, no show, or if you do not take deposits.

Also, we could perhaps display the yellow color if no deposit and no credit card guarantee is required (because in this case, the reservation is confirmed as soon as it is booked)

Don - we do not have a feature yet in RezOvation GT which allows you to schedule tax changes, but will be adding it in the next few months.

Kathy - this is currently in development. We expect to launch in the next month or so.

Mac - the discount code would most likely be entered after you select a room, on the next step where you enter your name & email address. This would then apply the discount to the room / package / etc. So it could certainly be used with the availability calendar.

Also -- we are planning on adding the ability to book room / lodging packages with the availability calendar in a future version.

Based on feedback, I've changed the feature request to be a bit more general, so that it applies to any sale booked online, or directly by you. We'll have more info once we start working on this feature.

Herb, initially this will probably apply to packages -- as far as the configuration this is the most straightforward -- but we'll look at making it apply to rates as well (I'll open a separate idea for that). Keep in mind that packages do adjust rates if they are lodging packages -- so you could set up a special package that discounts the rate, and then only offer it to customers who have the discount code.

That is a separate feature -- but something we are planning as well.

Hello -- this should be working on the list view as well. Are you certain that you have enabled this option under Configuration > Lists and Occupancy Map? If you have, and it's not displayed masked on the list view -- let our support team know and they can look at it for you.
