This feature is available in the March release. A preview is now available! See our blog for details: http://blog.rezovation.com/post/2010/03/16/RezOvation-GT-March-Update-Preview-Available!.aspx

Since we switched to GT in late September, we now have 6% of our reservations listed as "No Source Assigned"- it would be important to know if this business came from a specific ad campaign or not, etc.

I wish I could add my 3 remaining votes for this- having just for the umpteenth time changed the rates from 4/12/2010 to 4/10/2012- why in the world is this still under review? No one seems to think it is a good idea. I would give all 10 of my votes to it if I could- it causes more mistakes and wastes more time than any other issue in RezOvation GT. I know it can be narrowed, Ben, but it is so easy to forget to change the year from 2012. Can it just defaul to the current year if you don't want a blank default? Please fix it!!!

We’ll be adding a more robust travel agent tracking feature in the future.
Currently, the best way to track travel agents is by using the “Taken By” field. You can then generate a "revenue by booking agent’ report to see who is booking your reservations. Many other reports (including the Reservations reports) either already include or support the “taken by” field, so you can add this to the report if you need to.

in February 2010. the "No reason Assigned" has gone up to over 63% of that month's reservations- there should be an option to choose to"force" the field to be filled, or not, if you don't want to. Also, what is the point of having the referral source in 2 places? Once under the guest's name and again under the reservation itself?
