AGREE! I use Rezovations to manage my two vacation homes — one continual head ache is managing cash flow and ensuring I get payment for the balance on time (we require it 8 weeks before arrival since we have to send additional info like the address to the home and the lock box code before they arrive). Would be FANTASTIC to flag the reservation to know when the balance is due (or to auto-generate the date and store it for emails etc to the guest).
