Postal Code Autofill for Canadian addresses
The ability to enter a guests postal code in Canada and have RezOvation automatically fill in the province and city. I know you have mentioned that this would slow down the database but a simple solution would be to make this feature optional. Those that agree fillingin the City and postal code takes more time than waiting for it to be filled in can enable the feature and those that are based in the USA or that don't want this feature can keep it disabled.

Actually Ben....There are only 1634 Forwarding stations in Canada you would need to enter in your database. If you look on this wiki article, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_postal_codes_in_Canada
You'll see that you would only have to worry about the first three characters in a postal code to find the nearest station. So you would only have to enter 1634 entries in a table. I don't think that would slow much down.

I have the same problem in Puerto Rico. When I enter a Puerto Rico ZIP CODE, there is ERRONEOUS AUTOFILL.: City is filled correctly, State stays BLANK, and the Country is filled as USA (incorrect). I consider this a basic feature that ought to work correctly. Having a guest's address correct is not only important for correspondence, but for generating what percent of my guests reside in Puerto Rico.

It's something we have considered. Part of the problem though is that Canada has something like 850k postal codes (!) whereas in the US there are less than 100k (not counting +4 codes). So, we'd have to implement this in such as way as to not slow down the lookup too much.

Our hotel is in Maine, and about 40% of our guests are from Canada. This would be an extremely useful feature for us.
