Put a receipt button on the payment screen
I find it hard to believe that there isn't a print receipt button on the payment screen. Am I missing something. Everyime I process a credit card payment for a guest who is leaving I must make multiple keystrokes just to print the receipt for them to sign. Could you add a check box that would alliow us to create the receipt and then just click one button when we take the payment. It should have the option to print 1 or 2 copies (as part of the setup, not a selection each time you click the button)

I agree. It takes far too long to print anything. Is it because of the integration with word and opening those files takes time and then word also have at least two steps to print? Very tedious and time consuming.

I, too, find this hard to believe! When I called customer service they told me that signed receipt was really not necessary in our business! Also hard to believe! Especially after I switched from my processor to Intuit and the first week they had me document a charge with a request for a signed receipt.
I would be interested to hear what your temporary solution has been.
