Allow field to prevent Thanks You Letters
We continue to get complaints from guests who are frequent visitors- some are here every week and take several rooms and their boss gets all these thank you notes (3 every week).We need a feature so you can turn off "thank you" letters so guests in their contact info (or anywhere) like you can turn off Marketing?

Marcia, the "Marketing OK" flag can be used to determine which customers receive these auto emails. So, if you want to disable auto emails for repeat guests, then turn off the Marketing OK flag for them and then make sure that your Email settings are configured to only send auto emails to folks with Marketing OK enabled (set under Configuration > Email settings).
