My idea is ...

Dietary restriction, food allergy requests in booking engine.

It would be extremely helpful if when a guest is booking online that they need to check a box/drop down indicating either NO FOOD ISSUES or their specific food restriction. I currently include this in the customer/reservation user definable fields for phone reservations or repeat guests, but the online bookings are more difficult to get this information.

I am not sure I understand the question from Lisa. My entry was related to our Bed and Breakfast where we serve just breakfast (which is included in the rate). For instance, it is helpful to know ahead of time, if a guest has a serious food allergy, such as a gluten allergy, or if they are vegan.

Our restaurant has a Prix Fixe set menu and this is critical for us. Is it a possibility?

I agree with Abbeymoore - food restrictions are so important these days that this should be a field we can require guests to complete.

I am just setting up Rezo now and I am in shock that this isn't looked after. Breakfast is the bigger B so we have to know about diets/allergies etc. This is a deal breaker guys.

In Webervations you could setup your own questions to prompt so one easy fix would be to allow us to set up user defined questions however for those of us who would include dietary issues on our confirmation templates we would still need a template code.
