Reservation History - edits/payments/changes
We are now using Rezo GTO. On Rezo Desktop - when you open a reservation there is a line on the Status tab that says "Last Change: . It doesn't look like a field or clickable, but when you double-click on it you get a history of that reservation - the original set up, any edits, any payments - everything. FABULOUS for audits, corrections, etc. This is not on Rezo GT and we really need it!

This is so necessary. I cannot believe it has not yet been implemented. As an owner, accountability is a must. I agree with Sara below and basil's comments below. This was suggested in 2010 and has not been implemented yet?

We are also struggling with not being able to review the history of our reservations. Ditto to all of the comments. We need this as a security feature.
My vote is for bringing back the "account history" or "last changed -

This is vital and its why I am here in this forum to begin with. We've been having mysterious things happen to some of our reservations. 1 getting moved, 1 getting deleted, 1 edited a payment, instead of creating a new payment. It's is vital to running a business that we know WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, especially in regards to income. I want to know who the culprit is, so that it can be addressed on an individual basis. It would be so easy for money to 'go missing' and the managers and owners never knowing...it's quite scarey really, and it could be the reason why we ultimately choose another reservation system! =(

This feature not being a part of RezOvation has been costing us allot of time and money. I think it is absolutely essential for it to be implemented in the next update. Definitely an important feature that could make RezOvation relevant for larger property management companies and Hotels with more than 20 rooms.

This feature is a must for staff accountability. It should be coupled with a login requirement for edits/moves/changes/transactions. I have trouble getting staff to log in and out of GT. In Desktop, they had to enter their password anytime they modified a reservation. I'm dissapointed that this isn't included in this summer's update.

This is an absolutely essential function to maintain User/ Staff accountability. I'm not sure how you can maintain PCI compliance without it.

It helped follow the evolution of a reservation that has been moved, dates changed, etc. It was helpful when trying to follow what has happened with a reservation when you have multiple people making reservations. Plus if a guest disputed something you could follow the process. Now you have to take their word as to what transpired without any supporting data.

Guest racker had this feature to see guest history, rate, # ppl, room choice, account balances. This is fundamental in this industry to service the guest's needs and if need be to collect any unpaid amounts from a previous stay.
Please make this a priority

That would be great. We used to have this feature in Guest Tracker. It is important to know when and how guests moved rooms, added days etc.

I first submitted this request on RezoSupport, but, according to Patrick, "I’m sorry to say that there is not this same functionality in RezOvation GT as it was in RezOvation Desktop. We have had this request before many times, but our development team has not yet figured out the best way to implement this functionality. " So I'm submitting it here hoping that account history - which seems rather fundamental to me! - will be added to RezoGT.
