Schedule payment due dates
There should be a way to schedule and track deposit and payment due dates. The old Guest Tracker at least had an option for one payment due date (with tracking reports), but Rez/GT has none. It would also be desirable to have multiple payments/dates due when for when deposits are take for special events or on a layaway type program.

I would find this the most important upgrade needed to the software. We manage 26 rentals, and deposits are due 5 days after a reservation is taken. Tracking deposits overdue is a major headache with the current system. Guest Tracker had a simple and effective way of seperating tentative vs confirmed reservations.

Am looking to upgrade from Guest Tracker (Tracker is not functioning properly with Windows 7). Tracker has a deposit monitoring function which provides for a period of time between when a reservation is recorded and when a deposit is due and received and the reservation is confirmed. As Deanna indicated, being able to track a deposit due is necessary when trying to manage cash flow.

AGREE! I use Rezovations to manage my two vacation homes -- one continual head ache is managing cash flow and ensuring I get payment for the balance on time (we require it 8 weeks before arrival since we have to send additional info like the address to the home and the lock box code before they arrive). Would be FANTASTIC to flag the reservation to know when the balance is due (or to auto-generate the date and store it for emails etc to the guest).
