show "date created" for each reservation
In Desktop, you could always see the date the reservation was initially created and the exployees initials- this can be very helpful if someone accidentally moves a reservation while trying to shuffle guests around for optimal occupancy and then is no longer sure what the original dates were. On all online Booking Engine reservations or GDS reservations, you can refer back to the email/fax confirmation you received on that date. If a guest says they made the reservation yesterday, you can see if they really made it a month ago (helpful for last minute cancellations). Employee initials are helpful when there are mistakes so you know who needs more training.

I just changed the order on my screen and after I signed out and back in the change was NOT held. It reverted back to original order.
THANKS

Marcia, this information is on the reservation. Just open the reservation, and at the bottom you will see the created date, and on the top right you will see the employee name (under Taken By). You can also see this on the reservation list. If you don't see the Taken By column, click on the column header and choose the option to "show taken by". You can also reorder the columns on the reservation list so that the most import columns are first. To do this, click and drag the column header to the left or right. Any changes you make will stick even after you close the program.
