Right now, when a guest books one of my packages or adds extras (i.e. flowers or a massage) while booking online it is very easily missed unless your review the details of each reservation that comes in.

It would be very helpful if any reservation of this type was automatically flagged with a color code. Today I use the color flag option to mark these as they come in, but during busy times it is easy to miss sometimes so something automatic would be very helpful. To further this idea (phase 2) it would be nice to put some sort of "optimal lead time" field in the definition screen for extras and/or packages which would trigger an automatic e-mail reminder for these items. For example, if somone requests flowers, maybe it's 3 days lead time and three days before you get an e-mail reminding you to order them.
