have a way to track most recent cancellations

If a staff member does not finish a cancellation, due to a busy front desk, it is not recorded like in desktop where you can just go back to recent cancellations to follow up. If a staffer has not remember the name...you are at a loss!!! This is frustratingQQ

    We’ll plan on adding a new filter to the Reservation list called “Cancellations” that should make this easier to find.

    In the meantime, you can use the Custom Filter option on the Reservation List. To do this:
    - Go to the Reservation List
    - Click the Custom Filter button on the left side
    - Select Is Cancelled from the options
    - Select Is True
    - Click Apply.
