My idea is ...

Attachments to emails

I send standard "welcome packets" to guests who have booked - I would love to be able to add attachments to emails sent from Rezovations.

I too would like the ability to attach information to the confirmation letter, in the form of pdfs. I have designed "welcome" and "arrival instructions" that consist of a property map and a photo of our gate/driveway. For the past 2 years I've struggled with finding an easy way to add this to my confirmation letter. Please find a solution to this! Thanks Ben!

I don't supposed you could put links in your email to pages or attachments on your website? Just don't include them in your sitemap, so they won't be indexed by google or other spiders. And the guest can click and open or download the pieces of interest to them.

Agreed. In addition to my customized Confirmation Letter, I currently send two other emails thru Rezovation for every booking. One is a Welcome letter with very generalized information and the second addresses location, transportation and arrival issues.

I used to have all of this information in one email, but I found that it was so tedious that guests rarely checked their confirmation details for accuracy. By separating everything out, the guest can quickly look over the one page confirmation details and let me know immediately if there are any problems. Then the other information is easily at their disposal, when they need it. It would be great to have these other two standard text documents as attachments to the Confirmation Letter.
