Multiple Property Management for Single Owners
Original title was: ability to run 2 properties on one screen, our intown B&B and rural cottages
We were able to run both properties through one program on Rezo Desktop, getting separate reports and running separate credit card accounts. Would like that same functionality on Rezo GT.
Some features that we are considering:
- Multiple booking engines split out by property (along with the ability to have a single booking engine for all properties)
- Revenue tracking / reports by property (we do have some support for this now by way of Revenue Accounts, however we will improve this)
- Filter occupancy map by property (or view all properties / rooms on one screen)

I have properties in two counties with different tax rates, so I need the system to charge the correct taxes when someone books online. Currently, the charged tax defaults to the higher rate. Those who book online pay 10% more for some units than they would if they phone for a reservation! I suggest to those who come regularly to phone for a reservation. (I personally would never book a room online anyway as I like to get a feel for the properties' hospitality and ask questions by talking to a real person.)

@ Ben: are there any updates regarding the status of this feature. We operate over 50 Condo Apartment branches and are currently using Rezo GT. Since last year we have been told that this feature will be added in the next couple of months but so far we haven't seen anything. It is very difficult to manage that many properties with the limited features of Rezo GT for multiple properties. The only reason we are waiting is because of the great customer service!

@ Max: we probably just need to add a field to room configuration that allows you to enter room specific info such as directions, etc. Then, this info can be dynamically via template code included in any confirmation emails. Currently, the only template code is [sRoomDescription] which pulls from the room description field. You could include the property specific info in there, but since that field is also used on the booking engine, it would make the booking engine description pretty long.

We would like to link specific email confirmations to specific properties; for example, we have an in-town condo (Harbor26) that now gets the same email confirmation from the Booking Engine that our actual Inn rooms receive. If someone books on-line they don't receive a specially tailored email with correct directions, check-in information, and property-specific rules. If they call to book then we have all the emails set up in RezoGT, so that's not a problem. It's the Booking Engine Confirmations that we need to link to specific accommodations.

In a related request, it would very nice if there was a Program Configuration setting to specify different email address for each property - so, for example, outbound emails related to intownproperty would be something like owner@intownproperty.com and those related to the countryproperty could be something like owner@countryproperty.com
