Allow only packages to be booked through the Booking Engine

Some users who do not offer nightly rates (or have rates which include other items, such as breakfast, etc.) need the ability to only sell packages only.

        Ben- ! We need the availability calendar back for properties that "book packages only." We use packages to discount rooms in the off season and to incorporate one-time cleaning fees into vacation rental units. Recently there was a push that prevents the embedded availability calendar from displaying even when it is selected to show in the booking engine settings. Can anything be done to show a calendar of availability and still make every booking a package booking? Thanks!
