Automatic integration with QuickBooks
This feature will allow you to automatically synchronize all of your invoices and customers to QuickBooks. Some advantages of this:
- All reports in QuickBooks which are based on invoices will work, just as if you had entered the invoice in QB directly
- If you are using the QuickBooks credit card processing gateway, you can automatically reconcile credit card payments in QuickBooks.

We currently have an issue if we don't take a deposit when the reservation is made (our process is below): When we import the data from Rez to QB, we get an error line for each of these reservations, when we should really only be pulling over reservations that have actual deposits. Will this be resolved with the automatic integration?
Currently we enter the credit card number and leave the $ amount at zero and click the record only button.
