Duplicates...
I love idea behind the duplicate feature - but I am already overwhelmed as I have 776 records that are possible duplicates. It would be great to select the duplicates and then click merge and the system automatically take the record with the most information to be the primary record. Might be a faster process?

I have some duplicates that can't be combined because one is a cancellation and one is a reservation... I don't mind them co-existing, but I'd like to clear them from the possible duplicates list. Can we have a click to ignore possible duplicate please?
