Ability to see what was emailed/printed to guest
Need to be able to double click on communication and have it pop up in new window to see what was emailed/printed to guests, if any changes were made to template.

Postal Code Autofill for Canadian addresses
The ability to enter a guests postal code in Canada and have RezOvation automatically fill in the province and city. I know you have mentioned that this would slow down the database but a simple solution would be to make this feature optional. Those that agree fillingin the City and postal code takes more time than waiting for it to be filled in can enable the feature and those that are based in the USA or that don't want this feature can keep it disabled.

I wish guest photos could be stored and viewed as part of the contact's record.
With so many guests staying at the B&B, it's hard to remember them all, but being able to see their photo along with the rest of their contact info would be a HUGE help.

Problem Guests - How to "Flag"
We'd like something that allows us to "flag" a problem guest so we can see it as soon as we type in the guest's name.
For example we have a guest named John Q Smith who gets drunk and breaks
a lamp and causes a disturbance. We don't ever want to rent a room to
him again.Right now we would put a note in the Customer record in the Notes field.
That stays with the customer but is invisible during the
reservation-taking process. This information is only visible if you go

Allow people to add themselves to our mailing list online
It would be great if visitors could add their contact inormation to our customer list online. There should be a simple form asking for details such as: first name, last name, email address, contact info and once the visitor submits it the information is downloaded to our customer list as an "inquiry" or "mailing list" this way we can keep one up to date customer database.

On customer list, include filter for "has future reservation"
There needs to be a way to send a mass email for marketing purposes that can eliminate people that already have a reservation. There's no way to send a mass email so that current customers aren't included. They already have reservations and don't need to be targeted.

Gift Certificate Delivery Method
When a guest has selected their form of delivery method after purchasing a Gift Certificate on line, the delivery method needs to be indicated on the reservation itself. Currently, the delivery method is designated on an email that we receive, but we spend more time trying to go back and forth between email and the reservation system to find out if they wanted it directly shipped to them or if it has already gone to them by email.

Automatic Guest Discounts
It's wonderful that you've added the ability to discount reservations, but I don't see any way to make a discount for any guest who's listed as a AAA or AARP member (or military, firefighter, or whatever). This would be a discount I would always give to that guest.

Alphabetize the list of custom filter items PLEASE!
It appears to be sorted by subject now and that is not helpful if you're not sure where to begin, would be easier to scan and know what categories there are if they were in alphabetical order.

Duplicates...
I love idea behind the duplicate feature - but I am already overwhelmed as I have 776 records that are possible duplicates. It would be great to select the duplicates and then click merge and the system automatically take the record with the most information to be the primary record. Might be a faster process?

Create a "Canceled" type status in the customer record
When a reservation is canceled, the guest status is changed from "New" to "Inquiry". Create a "Canceled" type status on the customer record to flag guests who have booked and then canceled their reservations. Customer records that have a type status of "Repeat" should probably remain in that status, rather than being flagged.

Quicker check in process for walk-ins
Rezovation seems to assume most people will have reserved a room. Most of our guests haven't, yet I have to create a reservation, then go through extra steps to check them in and pay. It would be great to have a "check-in and pay" that would expidite the process

Special Guest info for Housekeeping
Guest requests or instructions automatically go into reservations (and can transfer to housekeeping report) if they are return guests (Full sheet change on Wednesdays, for instance).

ability to "blacklist" a guest
it would be nice to be able to mark a guest as "persona non-Grata" so that front desk employees can easily identify them.
