Attachments to emails
I send standard "welcome packets" to guests who have booked - I would love to be able to add attachments to emails sent from Rezovations.

Show rate per night in confirmation letter
On the confirmation letter, we do not want to show the average night, but rather, we would like to see the individual room night rates per night.

Document template codes for "extras", and "room charges"
Need some additional codes in the document templates to break out charges for extras vs room charges.
Original title: "Add-on Packages and Extras separate"
When a guest purchases and Add-on Package or an Extra these amounts are itemized on the Reservation, but are thrown in with the Room Charges in the Folio and Confirmations and Registration Cards. Guests always want to know how much the room is separate from the add-ons. On Rezo Desktop the "extras" were all in "Other Charges".5 votes -
Email reminder letter time to be sent
Right now, you can only select if you want the email reminder to go out one or 2 days before a guest arrival. I have been having problems with this, because many times these emails go out in the middle of the night. I want to have them sent before 5pm one day before arrival.

Send emails with PDF attachments
For security purposes, as well as to retain formatting, the folio of a customer when emailed should be in a PDF file and not formatted email that can more easily be edited.
Admin notes: This could be done for any type of letter / document that can be emailed.

Microsoft Office 2010
Using MS Office 2010, the email confirmation results in an error. Am having to create confirmation emails manually. Had support look at this and thought to new release might address but I don't see it. Any help in sight?

Allow field to prevent Thanks You Letters
We continue to get complaints from guests who are frequent visitors- some are here every week and take several rooms and their boss gets all these thank you notes (3 every week).We need a feature so you can turn off "thank you" letters so guests in their contact info (or anywhere) like you can turn off Marketing?

I need to be able to schedule a second pre visit note (as in a reminder and then a day-of note)
I currently have a previsit reminder note scheduled to go out, but I would also like to have one go out the day of, especially to remind them of the check in time.

Need to show individuals assigned to room in split reservation
In the complete folio on a split reservation we need to have a code added that will show the individual assigned to the room as opposed to the main contact on the reservation. We assign individuals to the different rooms in a split reservation, and we can do individual invoices, however we need the Complete invoice to show the room's assigned customer instead of primary guest name

Ability to print mailing labels from Rezo GT as in old Guest Tracker
In Guest Tracker there is a template to create mailing labels 3 across and 10 down. There is no provision in Rez for mailing labels. Can that please be done?

Keep track of printed correspondance
I print and snail mail a confirmation letter. It would be nice if this was recorded in the correspondance box automatically so that I know that it was printed.

Redemption date search criteria in GC list
It would be very helpful to be able view on a month end basis the total number of gift certificates redeemed for a given time period. For instance, if one were able to customize the search criteria so that you could sort all gift certificates redeemed during the month of July, 2010 no matter what date they were sold.

Package Confirmation Letters
When confirming package reservations a template code which doesn't included the room assignment, but only lists the package name is needed. If room types are established, the specific
room assignment may change within a confirmed room type from the time of booking to registration. Currently, the [sLodgingPackages] code includes the room assignment and we cannot confirm this information until they register on the day of arrival.Furthermore, a code is needed to input the package Extra items which are included. Guests not only want to confirm they package as booked, but the things which are included.

recieved or read receipt
Can you do something so that when you send a confirmation request you can get a recieved or read receipt so that we know that the reservation got the email.

Need confirmation code added to confirmation template
It is a requirment of our inn that we provide the customer with a confirmation number and there is no provision for this in the confirmation letter. Please provide a code so that this info. can be added

PDF gift certificate
Ability to email a PDF gift certificate so guest can't edit details in email letter, also preserves formatting.

Add a data field that show's the specific rate for a room
I send annual new year letters that ask guests to confirm the dates they set up the year before and ask them to mail in a deposit check. There is currently no data field that shows the nightly room rate, and being able to plug that number in would be helpful. I can think that it could be useful for other circumstances as well.
