Allow Guest to Add Themselves to Waitlist through Booking Engine
When the booking engine comes back with no availability, invite the guest to add themselves to the waitlist through the booking engine! The form they fill out would include dates they would like to waitlist for, telephone, email, address and a notes section where they can put in their specific message - "We will take any room during this weekend!" or We only want the Carriage House Room, etc...

On the Booking Engine, we would like it to differentiate between adult and child guests
On the Booking Engine, I would like Rezovation to figure in the additional fees for additional persons, in both child and adult catagories.

Block certain guests from booking online or over the phone
A method for having a Do Not Rent list for people booking online. The list could allow matches by email address, last name, or full name, but email address would probably work best, since that person would likely use the same address every time. Alternatively, highlight the reservation on the local system if it matches the Do Not Rent list, so a desk clerk can cancel the reservation, or be alerted to not let the guest check in.

Dietary restriction, food allergy requests in booking engine.
It would be extremely helpful if when a guest is booking online that they need to check a box/drop down indicating either NO FOOD ISSUES or their specific food restriction. I currently include this in the customer/reservation user definable fields for phone reservations or repeat guests, but the online bookings are more difficult to get this information.

For BedandBreakfast.com reservations, notify when check-in
When a reservation has been made through bedandbreakfast.com, notify them when the reservation has been marked as check-in. Then they can issue payment without further action on our part.

Restrict Arrival time to user-controled times
Currently, any arrival time is allowable on the booking engine. This leads to (in an extreme but true case) guests arriving at 10 am to check in and feeling entitled because they communicated it to us when they booked online. It would be helpful if we could restrict the arrival time options to within our normal check in times only.

An availability calendar for "book packages only"
A simple availability calendar that displayed a given date in green whenever any room is available and red when no rooms are available. This would allow online bookings to clearly see when rooms are available when "book packages only" is selected in the configuration.

Ability to mark a days as "no check-in" or "no check-out".
If customer selects a "no check-in day" the system will add one day of the front of the reservation response with a special message. If "no check-in day" the system will add one day to the end of the reservation response with a special message.

Allow guests to choose specifics for add-ons when booking online
Currently, guests can request to have lunch or dinner made for them as an add-on, but there is no way to specify which day of the week, time or number of people they would like it for. It would be great if there was a way for innkeepers to be able to set up fields for add-ons/packages for guests to fill out when they make their reservation.

Horizontal embedded availability calendar
The current iframe format of the embedded availability calendar takes up too much real estate. My site would benefit from a more horizontal version (1 or 2 lines) of the dates / rooms / number of guests information.

Ability to Customize Deposit Required Amounts
I would like the ability to create a package (or special) which rewarded a lower rate with a "definite at booking" deposit requirement. This should be followed up with a customized email confirmation that indicated the reservation is definite, cannot be changed and the cannot be cancelled.

Add room name to the travel summary on the booking engine page
Please add a the room name to the travel summary recap on the booking engine page to reconfirm that the guest has selected the appropriate room(s) prior to submitting their reservation/credit card data.

ability for customer to choose more than 4 people for add on packages on booking engine
Presently a family of 5 can't buy any add on packages (ie: 5 transfers from airport or 5 dinners).
I believe this should be a very easy fix which could be encorporated in the present release.

Booking Engine - Program Configuration Setting for the "Rooms" label
"Rooms" does not appropriately describe the type of units offered by many proprietors - Please make this a Program Configuration Setting - either a text input field or pick list with options such as Rooms, Suites, Units, Cabins, Bungalows, etc

Ability to allow guest to move rooms to fill dates
It would be nice to allow a guest that would like to book your Honeymoon Suite for 7 night but is is already reserved for 5 nights they can switch rooms to finish there reservation. This would help the smaller places to fill in the gaps. You could do this on the Availability Calender

Adding a drop down menu to the check-in time
Replace the current "fill-in-the blank" for arrival time with a drop down menu of pre-set arrival time options that mirror the check time frame of the respoective policies.

This used to be included and has recently disappeared. I do find it available if I go to bedandbreakfast.com

I would like the abilty to accept same day reservations until a time of day until I go to bed.
It would be great if I could set a time of day to shut off same day reservations. I'm fine with getting them up until I go to bed then I don't want any more. Right now I manually go in and move it back to one day in advance and so forth every day. Can we have the option of selecting a time of day to stop the online reservation function for same day reservations? Thanks

More detail on email that we get confirming reservation just like cheaper webervations did
as i am away on business a lot, with webervations (much cheaper product) they would send you the reservation email with all guest detail inc address, packages bought, all contact numbers and arrival time. I'm a very quick responder to guest reservations on the phone and right now as a new RezGT customer my hands are tied behind my back as i may be away from the RezGt software on main pc for 2 days or so and dont have the full info to hand like i used to. More basic info is required on the reservation email we get.… more

Online Availability Calendar: show rooms as available even if minimum stay isn't met.
I have a 5 night minimum in peak season, and if the guest looks at the online availability calendar and there is an opening, but it is less than 5 nights, it still shows a red "X" with "5 night min" in text below it. This is confusing to the guest, as the rooms are available, but the 5 night minimum cannot be met. Is there a way those can show in the availability calendar as open, but say "Call to Reserve" or something like that underneath?
