There should be a way to schedule and track deposit and payment due dates. The old Guest Tracker at least had an option for one payment due date (with tracking reports), but Rez/GT has none. It would also be desirable to have multiple payments/dates due when for when deposits are take for special events or on a layaway type program.

Can you work on a processing alternative? We seem to have endless problems with Intuit. It would be nice to have an option that is integrated with GT.

Add the functionality that Desktop had where if a guest cancelled and had paid a deposit, a screen would pop up allowing the automatic creation of a Gift Certificate or Credit Voucher as soon as you cancelled the reservation. It was a 1-step process- now you have to remember to create 2 completely separate transactions

We do not take credit cards, therefore reservations are confirmed via deposit checks. If the reservation is canceled we cannot apply the depost to a new reservaiton

I find it hard to believe that there isn't a print receipt button on the payment screen. Am I missing something. Everyime I process a credit card payment for a guest who is leaving I must make multiple keystrokes just to print the receipt for them to sign. Could you add a check box that would alliow us to create the receipt and then just click one button when we take the payment. It should have the option to print 1 or 2 copies (as part of the setup, not a selection each time you click the button)

RezOvation Desktop gives you the option to "Apply a reservation to a Previous Invoice." If a guest makes a reservation for one night and decides to add a second night with a package, Desktop gives you the ability to add the second night and make it any discount or package the guest desires and adds it to the previous invoice without changing the price on the original invoice. This makes their multiple night stay with multiple price points on the same invoice/reservation. Is it possible to make this an option in RezOvation GT?

When checking someone in, we often pre-authorize the card first, and charge apon check out. But the default is set to process the charge rather then pre-authing, This often time cause us to charge guest up front for the charge, when in all essense they could check out early, have extra charges that need to be added to their bill. Just seems as it would be smarter to have the default to pre- authorize so that by axident guest aren't getting charged and then will have to issue credit or add more charges to the card.

deposites need to be handled seperate from services rendered. As were handled in Guest Tracker.

I would like to see my forecasted income on a monthly basis but when I go into Reservation BY Payment Status-Partial Payment it does not give me a total at the end. I need to calculate them myself. Can you Add a code for Total Payment Due? This would make it much easier to track what is coming in future less deposits I have already taken.

Our business clients often have one card for personal, one for corp lodging, another corp dining and further some have more than one division with assigned card numbers. Would love to put the note "Bill's personal" "Steven's corp card" "lodging for XYZ Project"

Please offer monthly billing for guests. This option is ideal for extended stay facilities where the entire guest bill is not due immediately.

Upon selecting a credit card to hold a reservation or for payment - there should be a title of Name attached to the card number so you don't have to click on each card to see the cardholders name.

I keep accidentally charging $0.00 on a gift certificate purchase because I forget to click on the "pay in full" button. The balance should automatically be entered like it is for a reservation payment. You have to start all over if you miss this one step and swipe the card again. And if you don't notice that the payment didn't go through and let the customer walk out the door, there is no record of the swiped card number.

There are restrictions on exporting to QB, you cannot do today's date and you cannot go back to a data which has (or Rezo thinks has) been exported. Sometimes I really need to get that data out again. Please let me check a box agreeing that it is unwise, but do it anyway.

Add the ability to add my payment options such as comp for marketing purposes or to military personnel. This would allow me to know the total revenue, not just the total after the the discount is applied. And allow me to track the total comped for different catagories during the year.
