Sometimes when a guest extends their stay (after making an initial reservation) they must make a room change to do so. We need the ability to add a night - in a different room - to an existing reservation without making an entirely new reservation. Would it be possible to include a way to do this under the drag feature on the reservation board screen? Or perhaps it would be possible to include it under the "add" feature within the individual reservation screen?

There is no color code for checked-out.

In addition, it would be helpful to color code "confirmed" reservations as yellow if no deposit or credit card guarantee is required.

Be able to show more than 3 months, go to exact date and if you switch windows it remembers where you were instead of resets.

Currently I have to make notes about the day's activities in a text editor. It would be nice if GT had the functionality to allow me to create a note about the day. Things like weather, breakfast, or whatever. Such a note could be made part of the occupancy report when looking back in time.

Currently if I flag a reservation, it flags the complete group (multiple rooms). But what if I only want to flag one of the rooms on the reservation, not the intire thing. It would be great to change this so you only flag one reservation at a time, individually.

In the old system there was a way to color code each room type which made it easier to quickly locate and book rooms. Just having all the rooms grey makes it hard to distinguish, especially since you have to look at the occupancy map in only 1 month at a time. It would really help for avoiding mistakes.

Clicking on the rows and columns for rooms and days should highlight the row/column background and title. This would help prevent booking from occurring on incorrect days and in incorrect rooms.

Essentially, an excel like table, with the types of rooms along the vertical axis, and then the number of those types available, on which ever date selected from the calender. Possible to view for more than one night. (Ex. three night stay)

When trying to find a group versus an individual reservation seach contacts by school name, girl scout number, not main contact.

I'd love to be able to print the occupancy map to display dietary info, or maybe allergy info, or anniversaries and birthdays of the guests. Right now we have to create a spreadsheet for the kitchen.

There ought to be a way to consolidate votes and ideas on this forum; for example, there are requests to create a flag/pop-up box to alert users of important customer-related info during the reservation process. This same request appears under RESERVATIONS with 18 votes, under GUESTS with 14 votes, and several other places. I'm sure there are many more ideas languishing due to the same problem.

IF for instance all 38 rooms are sold out on any given day, the Day at the top of the column should be red flagged so a user wouldnt waste any time scaning that day for availability. They would just move on.

the objective of this idea is to view current occupancy bookings while working on Rates & Seasonal adjustments. It will help User correlate existing bookings with any rate fine-tuning.

Our B&B has a 1 person minimum but the same price for two. Since people assume there's an upcharge for a second person, we prefer to show two guests on the customer side, though 1 may check in at the same price. However this isn't possible right now. It would be good to have the option of either eliminating or customizing the guest number on the customer side of the availability calendar.

In Rezo Desktop you were able to print the occupancy map month by month. In GT that is not avaible, and we find that by printing the months out we always have a back up booking board should the computers or Rezo GT ever go down.
