I can't thank you enough for offering such an amazing reservation booking service.

I recently transfer from Webervations 2.0 to Rezovation GT Online. There were a couple of bumps in the transfer but the customer support has been excellent.

I do have a couple of quick wishes for RezOvations GT Online.

I truly miss the opening page from Webervations 2.0
It was easy to read. I could see who was checking in/checking out that day . I also could see who booked that day and an inquiry graph.
Is there any way to make a page like this?

Also is there a way to include a less than 30 day full balance due option.

The main issue I ran into on Rezovations was not having a "No Saturday Check In or Check Out" option. This was possible on Webervation 2.0. and has limited some of the functions of Rezovation GT.

I can't thank you enough for this service it is so much better than the old way of taking reservations.... via the phone.

My request is to take it one step further: Would you consider adding a room “occupied” status/color?

For example: The room’s box starts gray (normal), when you check the guest in the color automatically turns yellow. When you check the guest out, the color automatically turn red. When the room is cleaned we would manually turn it back to grey.

I realize that these features are sort of already there with the open, closed, book icon. But when you have a lot of rooms and the weekend is busy, at a glance it can be very difficult to know what is what. Especially with all the different alert and $ colors going on – there can be a lot of information in the that little square.

Also, could you make it so we can turn off the automatic midnight rollover. It is confusing to my housekeepers when they come in and see that the room is already marked dirty, even though the guest has yet to checkout. To us, a red room means the room is ready to clean, but how do they know if the guest has left yet. Until the guest checks out the room is "occupied."

To combat this confusion, our opening person goes through and marks all the rooms clean each morning, then as the guest checks out we mark them dirty again. Not all my housekeepers are trained on GT, so the easy color codes help us keep things real simple.

In summary:

1) Adding an occupied status/color feature (like the new “dirty room” feature)

2) Linking the status/color changes to the current check-in/check-out “right click” features. So the space automatically changes color when you check in or out a room.

• Check a guest in, turns yellow
• Check a guest out, turns red
• After the room is cleaned, manually turn it back to gray

If I have a reservation that needs to add a day that is non-consecutive (example: 3 days later they are coming back to stay) and they are asking to add this after the initial reservation was made, the only good way to do so is to extend the reservation out on the Occupancy Map and then edit the reservation to remove the un-needed days. We would like to have a method to simply add a non-consecutive day to a reservation with ease instead of having to a) refund money to a prepaid account and cancel, then re-create the reservation or b) use the first method I discussed

Maybe a right click function from the map to add a day and then giving the ability to add the days necessary.
