Ability to see what was emailed/printed to guest
Need to be able to double click on communication and have it pop up in new window to see what was emailed/printed to guests, if any changes were made to template.

Name of 2nd person in room to be part of the reservation process
The name of the 2nd person occupying the room should default to the primary guest field. e.g. Room #1 John Doe & Mary

I send standard "welcome packets" to guests who have booked - I would love to be able to add attachments to emails sent from Rezovations.

For BedandBreakfast.com reservations, notify when check-in
When a reservation has been made through bedandbreakfast.com, notify them when the reservation has been marked as check-in. Then they can issue payment without further action on our part.

Leave dates blank in Rate Seasons / Adjustments
It is far too easy to intend to change a rate for a limited period of time and forget that it is defaulting to 2011. Why can't the date screen be blank so you are forced to enter the correct dates. I have have to re-do our dates through 10/22/2011 twice now because of this easy-to-make error.

Color code for checked-out status and other statuses
There is no color code for checked-out.
In addition, it would be helpful to color code "confirmed" reservations as yellow if no deposit or credit card guarantee is required.

Show the rack rate in the occupancy map for available rooms

Multiple Property Management for Single Owners
Original title was: ability to run 2 properties on one screen, our intown B&B and rural cottages
We were able to run both properties through one program on Rezo Desktop, getting separate reports and running separate credit card accounts. Would like that same functionality on Rezo GT.

- Multiple booking engines split out by property (along with the ability to have a single booking engine for all properties)
- Revenue tracking / reports by property (we do have some support for this now by way of Revenue Accounts, however we will improve this)

I have lots of activities, horseback rides, picnics, etc., and I desparately need an hourly reservation calendar to schedule and track those. I am double booking lots of stuff right now, like horseback rides, and I'm the only wrangler right now.
